Wexford manager Liam Dunne will have a stronger squad to choose from this weekend.

Dunne revealed to the Wexford People that Conor McDonald is back to full fitness, while Andrew Shore and Tomas Waters return after suspension.

Wexford face Limerick in the third round of the NHL this Sunday and Dunne is delighted to have the trio back in contention, although they will still be without Garrett Sinnott and Shane Tomkins, while Liam Og McGovern and Eoin Moore are doubtful.

"We will be gaining a few and losing a few, but a couple of weeks down the road we should have our full squad available. We must look at the bigger picture and not aggravate the injuries further," said Dunne.

"But our whole objective is to go out and win the game. With that in mind, we have competition for each and every place in the team. We have Conor McDonald back; he's flying in training, while both Andrew and Tomas are back from suspension."
