The Annual Mount Talbot One-Wall Tournament takes place this weekend from 14-16th June. It will also be a national ranking One-Wall event. There is events from Boys/Girls U-10 right up to Ruby Masters level. Overall there will be 200 competitors from all over the Country taking part. Castleconnor & Sligo representatives will be the Quinn family Aoife, Odhran & Oisin Quinn. Four courts are being used, 3 in the Mattie McDonagh Centre in Ballygar and one in Mount Talbot. In there is rain on the day (Mount Talbot)the games will be moved to the Four Roads Community Centre 1.5 miles away.

Odhran Quinn plays Galway's Steven Raftery at 9.20 am on Saturday. It's a strong field with 23 players in it. Aoife Quinn takes on Anna ni Murchu at 9.40 am also on Saturday in the Girls U-16 with the winner up against Kildare's Hanna Daag in the semi's. Dad Oisin is entered in the Masters section and will play the winner of the Dermot Doolin/ Brian Havern tie in the semi-finals at 14.40.
