Kells GAA Handball Club turned back the clock to reclaim the M Donnelly GAA Handball All Ireland 60x30 Senior club crown on Saturday when they denied Ballaghadereen, Mayo, in the title decider.

The 2012 event saw Kells (Meath) defeat Ballina (Tipperary) and Ballaghadereen (Mayo) beat Hospital (Limerick) in the semi final stages.

The opening doubles match in the final saw last year's All Ireland Senior doubles runners-up, Dessie Keegan and Joe McCann, face Kells Carl Browne and Christy McGovern and in a shock result, saw the Meath duo win by 38-37. That result put the Kells club very much
