Well the game is in Choke Park so that rules out a Mayo win unfortunately. Dublin by about 7 points.

Aintrim mans comment is invalid but I'm not going to bother pointing out why.
It is a big ask for Mayo tbh, playing in patches throughout the league campaign, some great patches and some really not great at all.Still missing vital players.Dublin are absolutely flying and beat us with 14 men last time out.

Hard to see past a Dublin victory but will still be hoping for a good show.

Please, please tell me this isn't a serious post... Have you abandoned all logic? Mayo have won more times in Croke Park than most teams have been there.

I think Wayno sums it up there - both teams and sets of fans will want to win Sunday but wont really loose to much sleep either way as bigger battles lie ahead.

Lay of the Antrim poster lads - sure what would they know about Football in Croke Park.

Now now lads, put the knives away and take deep breaths. I am married to a Mayo lass and have been to see them manys the time where very good Mayo teams have lost after falling to the occasion in Croke Park. Yes granted there have been times Mayo held their bottle and completed the job but these are the exception rather than the rule. I would be delighted for Mayo to do it for marital reasons but my head says Dublin. That was all.

We know as much as Mayo yewtree! Mayo have had more chances at Croker than most teams and still choke every time.

I actually think Mayo can win this. Some people are writing Mayo off altogether but I think we have shown enough in the last two games to suggest that we are beginning to come good. Dublin are favourites and rightly so as they have been flying this season but we are well capable of beating them in Croker.

I'm like wayno in that I'm not too bothered either way. It would be nice to get the win but bigger battles lie ahead for us this year.

Do some research mate and stop making yourself look foolish. You're knowledge of Mayo's Croke Park record is shocking.

Mayo are definitely capable of winning this. For starters their midfield is stronger and they have some excellent sharp shooting forwards. From the 5 seconds of RTE's highlights of the game in Cork it looked like Cillian O' Connor had a decent game. If Mayo get their tactics right as they did in Castlebar and Croker last year and shut down Dublin's kickouts then they can win this as they have the players in the middle to win primary possession. Dublin have some additions up front but if Mayo can keep them shackled then the game is up for grabs.

I'm interested to see how Dublin will line out and if it will give us any clue to what Gavin's favoured 15 is at this stage. As Martin McHugh said after the Donegal game the strength in depth of the Dublin panel is impressive, most other counties are two or three injuries away from their season collapsing.

He might even pick players to suit the opposition. And no disrespect to other teams in Leinster but he will have a chance to tinker with the team a bit through the Leinster championship as Kildare are the only team at that level.

Hopefully it's as good a game as their previous encounter in this competition. Probably been the best match I've seen this year.

And for all the fantastically unoriginal quips about choking Mayo have shown they have no fear of Dublin and as the previous poster said they are starting to hit their stride. Their Achilles heel though is that their full-back line is extremely poor under a high or direct ball and unless that is addressed they will keep coming up short. Still they are well able to win enough ball to cause any team trouble and are well capable of winning here. Dublin deserved favourites though, both for Sunday and the league title itself.

both sides missing players, but going on past performances im going for a Dublin they look the better team stronger and will have better forwards on the day it wont be an easy game but the dubs should prevail and after sundays game they seem very up for this league now.
