Where's the white flag and towel for Roscommon to wave/throw in? Mayo devastating along with Roscommon's ridiculousness.

Jaysus, this is getting silly at this stage.
Ros fans will be sickened after this showing.
Keeper and backs are all over the shop.

Rosscommon towel thrown in after 15 minutes. Looks like they may have thought it was a 4pm throw in too.

AOS and COC are experts at getting players booked too, for a big man the amount of times AOS acts like he's tied up at the ankles by a simple tackle is baffling, simulation is alive and well and living in Mayo. Rossies aren't coming out for the second half, on the bus quick and away home.

So all quarter finals to end in absolute maulings. Super 8's or Super 4's next year?! Rossies very bad - poor keeper having a mare but nothing to hit really - feel for them - they've had a great year to date.

jaysus....this is only one weekend..we will have 3 weekends of these games next year...farcical stuff from all the teams who made the quarters this year and thats not even mentioning the other counties who haven't even made it to this stage...obvioiusly not the fault of kerry dublin tyrone or mayo and im sure that their semi final games will be "watchable" but by god lads

Dear oh dear. There's not much to be said after a half like that. Mayo seem to have finally woken up.

Probably wouldn't have made a difference but for the first mayo goal he hopped it twice. Hate refs who miss this.

Plenty for Kerry to ponder here. Mayo's direct running and their push up on the kickout will give Kerry trouble.

The top 4 are just so far ahead of the rest it's scary

Janey. Sorry for Roscommon. How can anyone, or they themselves, feel they are Connacht champions. Imagine picking up that medal at a function later in the year. Will feel very hollow.

What a dreadful effort from Roscommon, then again there are three divisions between these two and by god does it show. Whoever dreamt up the proposed Super 8 is in for a Super flop of epic proportions.

This is incredible stuff from Roscommon. I'm actually beginning to feel sorry for those lads.

Mayo back on track it would seem, and their semi against Kerry has started to look interesting.

Can't say I feel sorry for Roscommon, they're an absolute shambles. We could shake our heads and say that on another day this, that and the other might have happened but the simple fact is the performance on the day was woeful. So naive in their marking and in the tackle while they offered very little when it became obvious that they were going to have to go long with the kickout.
Credit where its due, Mayo put in a serious display here, no mercy at all. Their intensity in the tackle and effort all over the field was terrific today.

On a side note, how did the Roscommon no.10 only get a second yellow for a clear strike. He'd face no sanction even if there was another match. Ridiculous when you think what sanctions other players have got this summer

Same old story, the boat was missed, what Gooch was talking about regarding Roscommon coming out of the drawn game better than Mayo I'll never know.
