Former Mayo star Conor Mortimer is transferring back to his home club Shrule/Glencorrib and is eligible to line out in their Mayo IFC semi-final replay against Westport this week.

The Connaught Telegraph reports that Mortimer has switched his club allegiance from Parnells in Dublin ahead of Shrule/Glencorrib's penultimate stage clash which is fixed for Elverys MacHale Park on Wednesday (8pm).

The winners will advance to meet Kiltimagh in the decider on Saturday which will be the curtain-raiser for the Mayo SFC final, Castlebar Mitchels versus Knockmore on Saturday evening.
