There are seven DCU players on the 'Future Champions 2012' football team.
Effectively the Sigerson Cup All Stars or Team of the Year, the third-level colleges team was named along with the hurling equivalent and it's no surprise that champions DCU feature prominently.
Kerry wing back Peter Crowley (UCC) is also included, along with Kildare pair Conor Brophy and Sean Hurley, who represented beaten finalists NUI Maynooth.
Hurlers from Cork and Tipperary lace the hurling XV team. An all-Cork Fitzgibbon final was contested by CIT and UCC.
