Sligo manager Paul Taylor believes that themselves and Offaly will be confident of getting the win when the sides clash in the All-Ireland SFC qualifiers on Sunday week.
Taylor admits that it would have been nice to have home advantage for the clash, but overall, he feels that they have a good chance of progressing.
“We are going to Offaly and we had a battle earlier in the year with them in Collooney,” Taylor told the Sligo Champion.
“They have the home draw, but both teams will give themselves a chance. I think both Offaly and ourselves have improved since.
“They had a good win over London. We will look forward to the game. We have done a lot of work and played a number of challenge games. It’s a game that if you win you progress but if you lose your year comes to an end so hopefully it won’t be the end for us.”
