Paul Beary has been appointed Limerick U20 hurling manager, less than a month after stepping down as Na Piarsaigh supremo.

Beary has been handed a two-year term and will have Kilmallock's Mark Lyons working alongside him as strength and conditioning coach. His selectors will be appointed in due course. Limerick have been drawn to face Cork in the first round of the 2019 Munster U20HC.

The Na Piarsaigh clubman previously served as a Limerick senior hurling selector and led his home club to county SHC honours last year.
