Antrim hurling legend Terence 'Sambo' McNaughton has made a quick return to management with St Enda's.

'Sambo' brought the curtain down on his second spell as joint-manager of Antrim along with Dominic McKinley at the end of last season and is looking forward to the challenge of taking charge of the Glengormley club, whose footballers are preparing for an All-Ireland club IFC semi-final against An Spideal of Galway next weekend.

"I've been invited to the St Enda's club a number of times for presentation nights over the years and I know quite a few of the people there, and they're good people. It seems a very well run club and it feels the right time to do it," he told the Irish News.
