The Ladies Gaelic Football Association is pleased to confirm that next Sunday’s (February 16) rearranged Lidl National League Division 3 clash between Leinster rivals Kildare and Wicklow will be streamed live on the LGFA Facebook Page: http://bit.ly/2OvUJ2D

Kildare will have home advantage at the Hawkfield Centre of Excellence (2pm), with the Lilywhites aiming to maintain their 100 per cent start to the campaign.

Kildare have seen off Fermanagh and Sligo in their opening two fixtures to sit pretty at the head of affairs alongside Roscommon and Down, who have also collected maximum points so far.

Opponents Wicklow remain unbeaten also but they’re chasing their first victory of the season, having drawn with Laois in a high-scoring Round 1 encounter, before a 0-8 apiece stalemate with Longford.

Jerome Quinn will be joined in the commentary box on Sunday by former Kildare captain Aisling Holton.

Aisling captained Kildare to the 2016 TG4 All-Ireland Intermediate title, and she was named as TG4 Intermediate Players’ Player of the Year in the same year for her efforts.

Match coverage, which gets underway at 1.45pm, is brought to you by MAC AV.

When the sides met in Division 3 last year, Wicklow enjoyed a 3-8 to 0-12 victory in Dunlavin.

This latest meeting between the counties was due to go ahead last Sunday at St Conleth’s Park in Newbridge, but weather conditions resulted in a postponement.

The Allianz Hurling League returns this weekend, make sure you join the hoganstand.com match tracker for live scores from the third round of games.
