 U16 Division 1 Championship Final: Killucan 2-6 St Loman's 0-8

Congratulations to the u-16s who were crowned county champions last Monday week with a fantastic 4 point win over St.Loman's in The Downs.

Despite being 0-5 - 0-2 down at the break, the team put in a brilliant 2nd half performance with substitutes Jamie Carr and Aaron Ready firing to the net to seal a famous victory.

After the game captain Dean Swords was presented with the cup to spark jubilant scenes of celebration.

The future looks bright!!!!

U20 Championship: Kilbeggan Shamrocks 2-9 Killucan 1-7

Hard luck to our u-20s who were defeated by 5 points on Friday on a horrible night for football in Kinnegad.

Despite being 0-7 - 0-0 down our lads never gave up and got right back in to the contest when Karl Farrelly scored a goal.

We also hit the post twice in a game that on another night would have gone our way.

Minor Division 3 Championship Semi-Final: Killucan 7-10 Milltownpass 1-8

Well done to our minor footballers who qualified for the championship final after an excellent 20 point win away to Milltownpass on Sunday.

2 goals from David Hickey and further strikes from Eoghan Ahearne, Joe Cronin, Sean Leech, Devin Hill and Aaron Geoghegan booked our place in the decider where we will take on St.Mary's Rochfortbridge.

The game is likely to be this weekend.

Time and date can be found on our Facebook page when announced.
