Last Sunday Castledaly traveled to Tang to face Maryland  in the first
round of the championship, but unfortunately Castledaly found Maryland
in stronger form on the day. Castledaly created plenty of chances, one
that led to an early Kevin Stone goal that gave us the lead, but
Maryland scored a goal during rare lapse in Castledaly defending
focus, and despite scores from Lorcan Dolan Kevin Stone MJ Kelly and
Ken Larkin, Maryland took their scores while Castledaly struggled to
add to the scoreboard.

Next up we head to Tubberclaire Sunday 30th July in Shay Murtagh Precast SFC -
where Castledaly face local rivals Caulry. We look forward to all our
supporters in full voice at that one.

Track
We are blessed with wonderful weather recently so why not take full
advantage and enjoy a relaxing brisk walk around the track after a
busy day. Both a safe and fun way to energise body and soul with some
exercise in the evenings.

We wish Dan Heavin a speedy recovery after a recent health scare.
