Preparations continue for the Junior Ballad group and their upcoming appearance in the All Ireland Final In Belfast on Feb 11th.Details from any Club Officer.

 

MINOR BOARD AGM

A well attended agm heard from Chairman Brendan Madden of a successful year again at underage level with healthy numbers participating at all age groups. There were some interesting discussions particularly about player retention and these proposals will go forward to the Club executive for further consideration. Brendan continues as Chairman assisted by Donal Bracken as secretary. Keith O Brien is the newly appointed Coaching and Games Development Officer.

 

MEMBERSHIP

Club membership now due Adult €30 underage €20 social €20.Clubhouse open every Tuesday and Friday 8-9pm to take membership or payable to any Club Officer

 

TRAINING

Intermediate training Tuesday & Friday 8-9pm.

Well done to Moate Community School on their great victory last week and wishing them every success in the Leinster Colleges A final against St Peters Wexford this Friday the 27th in Portlaoise and particularly to our lads Robbie Forde, Paul Gorman ,David Mullins and James Bracken.
