Draws made for second round of Clare hurling championships

The draws for the second round of the Clare senior, intermediate and junior hurling championships have been made.

The senior draw which was broadcast live on Clare GAA TV this evening features the eight first round winners against the eight first round losers. The winners of the second round games will contest the quarter-finals while the losers enter a senior B championship.

Canon Hamilton Cup holders Sixmilebridge will face Whitegate, Tony Kelly's Ballyea are up against Clooney-Quin and Cratloe must play Eire Og.

The second round games will be played on the weekend of 14/15/16 August.
