Lotto 25 May 2020

The Lotto numbers for Monday May 25th 2020 were 1, 7, 20, 27.  The Jackpot was not won.  There were two Match-3 winners this week, each of whom receives €100 - John Greham,  Mary Maher. The Jackpot next week is raised to €6,500. 

Timpeall na Tire

Garrycastle players and members were busy last weekend walking, running and cycling. The aim was to travel 3182 km which is the distance to go around the perimeter of Ireland. People had to commit to travel part of this distance and also make a donation. The funds raised go towards Athlone meals on wheels and Croi, a heart and stroke charity, two great causes. 

Happy Birthday. 

With all that is going on in the world, it's great to see community spirit is still alive and well, and it was fantastic to see some Garrycastle players and supporters come out in force to celebrate the birthday of Club President and Westmeath GAA legend Seamus Nugent.

Sympathy

The club extends deepest sympathy to the Buckley family Fairfield on the recent death of Paddy - A Maryland and Westmeath stalwart for many years. May he rest in peace.
