Division 3 v Killucan

Last Saturday’s scheduled ACFL Division 3 game against Killucan was postponed due to unplayable pitches in both Kilbeggan and Killucan, and will now be played at a later date.

Last Man Standing

Four people were eliminated in our Last Man Standing National League competition last weekend, leaving just six still in the running for the €400 prize. Sligo’s surprise home defeat to Waterford proved costly for three entrants.

Next weekend sees another double round of football and hurling action, the fixtures for which will be sent to those still in contention.

Lotto

This week's draw takes place in Ryan’s, Horseleap with the jackpot standing at €14,000. Tickets, costing €2, can be purchased locally. Thank you for your continued support.

Ladies football

Well done to Ayesha Roche and Jill Draper on their excellent performances for the Westmeath ladies football team in their National League win over Donegal at Lakepoint Park, Mullingar last Sunday.
