Well done to our players as they opened their Walsh Cup campaign with victory over Carlow.

 

Lotto

 

There was no winner of our lotto jackpot held on December 2. Mary Gilsenan, Laura Farrell and Colin and Nuala matched 3 numbers and won €70 each. Promoters prize went to Stephen Morley. Numbers drawn were 6, 9, 13 and 25.

This week's draw is in Jimmy's for a jackpot of €13,000. The funds raised from the lotto goes towards the running of the club.

Community Sports Hall

 

Killucan Community Sports Hall is available to hire for kids birthdays and dance/fitness classes. Please contact Marc on 086 818 9540 for more information.

 

National Student Bursary

 

The GAA has announced details of the 2019/2020 GAA National Student Bursary. The scheme is open to members of the Association who are attending a full-time Higher Education course (except those who hold another GAA-related or college scholarship/bursary) and who are active participants in their Higher Education club. Applications for the scheme will be considered by a sub-committee in each province; each bursary granted will be for €750. Please see the GAA's website for more details.
