Our boys school team recorded their second win on Friday with an away win to Ballinahown. We were the slightly stronger team throughout this game and always held the lead until the final whistle. An early goal set us on our way and we never looked back with good displays all over the pitch. Team Denis Rigney, Luke Sinnamon, Aaron Jackson, Conor Robinson, Paddy Maloney, Luke Robinson, Hugh Carey, Conor Ward, Gavin Ennis, Rhys Gavigan. Our girls team were unfortunate to lose out to a strong Ballinahown team on Friday after an exciting and close contest. Well done to all. Scrap Metal Collection Fundraiser

Get rid of your scrap metal this Saturday, 16th November, at Páirc an Bhodhráin, Ballinagore GAA. All unwanted farm machinery, motors, engines, batteries, car parts, copper, brass, pots and pans and old cars with registration books. Please do not send old fridges, TVs etc or tyres. Please contact any committee member or 087 2573526 regarding collection options or for more details.

 

Table Quiz

Our annual table quiz takes place in The Bodhran on Saturday 30th November. Always a fun and entertaining night. Please help to spread the word and make this years quiz another great success.

 

Annual General Meeting

Our AGM takes place in our clubhouse on Sunday 8th December at 8pm. All members are asked to come along to our clubs most important meeting of the year.

 

Scór na nÓg

We have a number of young acts preparing for the semi-finals of this years Scór competitions which takes place on Sunday 24th November in Milltown.

 

Club Lotto

Last weeks winning numbers were 8, 17, 25 and 28. Cristoir Ennis was a match three winner. The jackpot now stands at €5100. Please contact Sean Delaney or Martin McCann who can set you up for weekly entry to our club lotto.

Fundraising Campaign

Hard luck to Fiona Claffey and her Foxrock/Cabineely teammates on their All Ireland semi-final defeat to Galway side Kilkerrin/Clonberne on Sunday.
