Under 8 and 10

Garrycastle hosted our u8s and u10s on Saturday 8th June. There was a great turnout and despite a couple of downpours, there was some excellent football played. With teams from Tyrellspass, Moate and Garrycastle it gave us a good idea of what level our teams are at.

 

Tuesday evening saw our u10s hosted by Streamstown. We were represented by 22 players which was a great attendance for a midweek game. Two fantastic matches were played with some super performances. 

The coaches would like to thank both Garrycastle and Streamstown for inviting us, and also the parents for their continued support.

Training continues on Tuesdays and Fridays at 6.45.

 

Fixtures

Under16 division 1 league game vs Killucan Wednesday the 19th in Hogan at 7:00p.m.

 

Congrats to Minor player Phillip King on his great performances in the Leinster athletics championships at weekend 

 

Best wishes to Westmeath seniors & Minors next weekend as they play a double header in Mullingar.
