Condolences to family and friends of Michael (Mick) Carley Tyrellspass who passed away this week.  Michael is widely regarded as one of Westmeath's greatest ever players after representing for 20 years and winning two O'Byrne Cup medals with Westmeath as well as club successes with Mental Hospital (now St Loman's) and The Downs. Ar dheis dé go raibh a anam .

Castledaly Fit Club continues each week Monday Wednesday Friday with ladies classes at 7 and gents at 8pm under the expert guidance of Liam Lorcan and Paulette.

 

Great to see so many enjoying the lovely stretch in the evenings on the Walking Track available to club members It is always great to see people making use of this wonderful facility.

 

#CastledalyGAA UnderAge Indoor training continues for Under 6 (born 2013/14) and Under 8 (born 2011/12) boys and girls  Sunday 11:30am in Moate Community centre. March 24th and 31st .

Training moves to Castledaly pitch on Friday April 5th at 6.30pm. The emphasis in training is on fun and enjoying sport. New players are always welcome to attend.

 

Castledaly GAA will host

a 25th anniversary celebration of their 1994 County Football Intermediate Championship team with Dinner Dance and Presentation in the Grand Hotel Moate April 20th 8pm with entertainment by The Secrets. Tickets available from committee members 30 euro to mark this historic occasion.
