Invitation to new players – Boys & Girls (age 4 to 12) – Saturday 23rd February

Garrycastle club are inviting all boys and girls age 4 to 12 interested in joining the club to come along to the club on Saturday 23rd February between 12 and 1.30 to take part in fun games and activities. All welcome.

 

Minor Board

Officers for the coming year are as follows: Chairman: Paraic Joyce, Secretary: Roy Glennon;  Coaching Officer: Sean Holly.

 

Sympathy

The club extends deepest sympathy to the Nally family, Garrycastle and to the Madden family Cloghanboy and to the McKay family, Twomile, Clonbrusk on their recent bereavements. 

 

Congratulations

Congratulations to Pascal and Brid Dillon on their new  arrival, a baby boy, Conor.

 

Astroturf

The astroturf 8-side final was recently played in which Ballinahown beat Willow Park. This was a very successful competition played over the winter months and the proceeds from the competition went towards the player injury fund. 

 

Lotto

The Lotto numbers for Monday February 11th 2019 were 8, 15, 25, 27. There was no  Jackpot winner.  There were three Match3 winners, each of whom receives €35 - Pamela Galvin, Carrick O'Brien, Athlone;  Ann Devany, c/o Bud (2 winning tickets).  The Jackpot on 18th February 2019 was €7,500.   Play Garrycastle GAA Club Lotto online, with a safe and secure online payment.
