Shane Fives has been picked to start for Waterford in the Allianz HL Division 1 final replay against Clare at Semple Stadium, Thurles on Sunday.
Despite being rated "very doubtful" by manager Derek McGrath after suffering an ankle injury in the 0-22 apiece draw with the Banner men, Tourin clubman Fives remains at right corner-back.
McGrath has chosen to alter his attack with Tom Devine - wearing the number 24 jersey - coming in for Colin Dunford at left corner-forward for the holders.
The inclusion of Devine is the only change which means Maurice Shanahan, who saved the day for the Deise last weekend with his last gasp free in extra-time, is kept in reserve once again.
Waterford (NHL v Clare): Stephen O'Keeffe; Shane Fives, Barry Coughlan, Noel Connors; Tadhg de Burca, Austin Gleeson, Philip Mahony; Jamie Barron, Darragh Fives; Kevin Moran, Shane Bennett, Michael Walsh; Patrick Curran, Jake Dillon, Tom Devine.
