Tyrone forward Ciaran McGinley says Sunday's Allianz Football League final against Dublin is excellent preparation for the Ulster SFC quarter-final against All-Ireland champions Donegal on May 26.
"Donegal's a massive focus and once the championship draw is made, that's where your whole focus does go," the Errigal Ciaran clubman said in the Irish News.
"We'll use this Dublin final and the whole atmosphere that comes with it and relate it to the championship, especially myself and the other new boys, we don't know what the atmosphere of a championship match at county level is like.
"A Division 1 final at Croke Park will come very close so it will be a good experience, it would be a good learning curve for us."
