ADULT (Daoine Fásta):

 

The senior team had no game last weekend. This weekend all attention turns to the championship and the much anticipated local derby against Owen Roe's. The game is fixed for Sunday 15th September in Strabane Sigersons. Throw in is 1.30pm, come along and show your support for the team in their quest for the Intermediate Championship. Everyone at the club wishes all the team and management the best of luck.

 

 

YOUTH (An tAos Óg):

 

Training for Under 16 girls continues this Wednesday at 6.30pm at pitch. All new and returning players are welcome to attend.

 

Underage training continues on Thursday. Training for U6, U8, U10 & U12 will take place at the pitch from 7 to 8. New players always welcome.

We will also be taking orders for club gear upstairs in the club rooms during youth training.

Orders will close on 25th September, so get your orders in now. They would make a great Christmas present.

 

Youth membership can be paid to Cathal McGowan at youth training on Thursday night. Family - £50, Under 6 - £10, Under 8 to Under 16 - £20. Forms are available and must be filled in.

 

Our U10s were invited to take part in the Brian Penrose U10 memorial tournament in Aghyaran last Saturday.

A great mornings football culminated with them winning the 'B' section.

Thanks to our coaches Steven, Johnny, Ronan and Damien, all of the young players and to the parents for their continued support.

 

Our under 10's are also due to take part in a Go-Games blitz this Saturday morning. Venue and times will be given out on Thursday at training.

 

The annual Dickie Duffy U16 memorial blitz will take place Saturday 28th Sept with a 12.30 start. Invitations have been issued to neighbouring clubs and more details will be given out prior to the event

 

Tyrone Co. board will be taking two players from each U12.5 team in the county to play in Croke Park on Sunday 22nd September. The two lucky players from Urney drawn out were Tarlagh McCrory and Cori McCrea. Congratulations and we hope you have a great day.

The club lotto numbers for Monday 9th September were, 7, 9, 16, 24. No jackpot winner. 1 match 3 winner, Cora Quinn - Clady Next Week’s Jackpot - £1,650.
