Senior Men;

Our senior men defeated Beragh on Sunday with a Warner Mullen penalty grabbing the two points in Injury time, Sigersons had led by 6 points after a Seamus Breslin goal but a 10-minute purple patch from the visitors left Sigersons two points behind. However, Martin Mongan was pulled down in the 62nd minute and Warner Mullen stpped up to give Sigersons a 2-11 to 2-10 victory.

 

Our Adult men will host Newtownstewart this Sunday in Páirc Mhíc Sioghair, Reserve throw in is at 5.30pm and Senior throw in is at 7pm. All Support is much appreciated.

 

Senior Ladies;

Our Senior Ladies travel to face Rock in their final league game of the season on Friday night at 7.30pm.

 

Youth Football;

Congratulations to our Under 16 men who defeated Trillick away from home last Thursday night on a score line of 5-15 to 1-10.

 

Our Under 16 boys will face Omagh at Páirc Mhíc Sioghair on Thursday night at 7.15pm.

 

The Under 16 girls will host Badoney on Tuesday night in Páirc Mhíc Sioghair at 7pm, all support for the girls much appreciated.

 

County Representatives;

Best wishes to Ciaran O’Reilly and Gavin Molloy who are on the Under 15 Tyrone Development Squad who face Monaghan in the McLernon Cup Final on Saturday.

 

Congratulations to club Minor and Senior Player who has been selected to the Ulster Minor Elite Academy Squad.

Sympathies;

The club extends its deepest sympathies to the friends and family of Veronica Dunne, Townsend Street. Veronica husband Aiden ‘Cookie’ Dunne is currently the clubs Honorary Vice President and has been a long time club coach and supporter, their daughter Grainne is also a member of the club committee with other members of the Dunne family involved in playing and coaching roles.

 

We also extend our sympathies to the friends and family of Lily Duffy, Linkside court who is the mother of former club player Niall ‘Rab’ Duffy who now resides in the USA, sympathies also to Dermot Lynch, Curleyhill Road, Margaret McGranaghan, Ferndale, Shaun Bonner, Five Acres.
