Declan Bonner claims he didn't see the controversial incident involving Tiernan McCann and Stephen McMenamin during the second half of yesterday's Ulster SFC semi-final.

McCann could be facing a lengthy ban after video footage showed him appearing to make contact with the Donegal corner back's face before standing on him. The incident was also missed by referee David Gough.

"I actually didn't see it. We will look at the whole game later this evening," the Donegal manager said.

Reflecting on his side's victory, which leaves them just 70 minutes away from retaining the Anglo-Celt Cup, Bonner noted: "It's good to be in an Ulster final, there's no doubt about that. Yeah, it was a decent performance, but we still have a lot of work to do ahead of the final.

"Any day you beat Tyrone in championship football is a good day. It's a real, fierce rivalry between both teams. We have the highest of respect for each other, but it's great to get over the line."
