Clonoe O'Rahillys club notes

March 11, 2019

Last week's lotto numbers were 5, 10, 17 and 22 with Geraldine McGahey, Killary matching 3 numbers and receiving £50. Next week's jackpot is £3400.

Congratulations to Senior Ladies player Sinéad Hanna and the UUJ team who won the Giles Cup on Saturday. Good luck to Senior players Orlagh Gavin and Sian Fitzgerald who will play for St. Patrick's Academy this Wednesday against Cashel C.S in Mullingar in an All-Ireland Semi Final. Good luck girls.

The u14 boys started their league campaign on Saturday with a game at home against Stewartstown. After a hard fought battle, the local lads came out on the wrong side of the result. Next up for the u14s is an away game against Moortown this Saturday morning at 1030. The u21s have a refixture against the Rock for this coming week. Keep an eye on local press for details. The minor girls played Aodh Ruadh on Monday past. Unfortunately for the girls, we were on the wrong side of the result. There is no match for the girls this week but training continues on Wednesday evening.

On Friday 22nd March, the Senior Ladies will host a monster quiz night in the bar. There will be a raffle and prizes on the night. It is sure to be a great night of entertainment.
