The Tipperary SHC semi-final draw is notable for the fact that the four teams are all from the north division.

Nenagh Eire Og will meet Kiladangan, while Borris-Ileigh and Kilruane McDonaghs will face off in a semi-final double-header at Semple Stadium next Sunday. It's the first time since 1972 that the north division provides the four semi-finalists.

Nenagh and Kiladangan booked their semi-final tickets with wins over Eire Og Annacarty-Donohil and Toomevara respectively on Saturday, while yesterday Kilruane and Borris-Ileigh overcame the challenges of Clonoulty-Rossmore and Drom-Inch.

Two goals from rising county star James 'JD' Devaney helped Borris-Ileigh to a 3-11 to 0-18 victory over Drom-Inch in Hoycross, while Cian Darcy posted 1-6 as Kilruane dethroned Clonoulty-Rossmore on a 1-23 to 1-10 scoreline in the other quarter-final at Templetuohy.
