The Super 8's were well underway as round two concluded this afternoon.

This afternoon, we had Monaghan v. Kerry and Kildare v. Galway.

The Kingdom needed a win or they were heading out of this year's championship and the same applied for Kildare.

They may have been the only two games down for decision, but they were intriguing affairs all the same.
