Young Galway hurling fan Daniel Grogan will never forget his appearance on The Late Late Toy Show last night.

Daniel had been demonstrating how a hurling rebounder works when he was surprised by Galway's All-Ireland winning captain David Burke and some of his team-mates. David had the Liam MacCarthy Cup and handed it to a star-struck Daniel who duly lifted it over his head.

Daniel was also presented with a Galway season ticket for his family, a jersey, a signed hurl and sliotar, and will also have the honour of being the team mascot for the Tribesmen's 2018 Allianz League opener against Antrim on January 28.
