The Spice Girls will play Croke Park next summer.

The group, who were huge in the 1990s, announced this morning that they will perform at GAA headquarters on May 24. Tickets will go on sale next Thursday at 9am, with some suggesting they won't sell out the 82,000-capacity Croker.

The group last performed together in 2012 at the opening ceremony of the London Olympics.

Another reformed group, Westlife, will also play a gig at Croke Park on Friday, July 5.
