Mooney wary of Glensmen

Down's Caolan Mooney is about to shoot as Donal Lenihan Meath closes in during the NFL Division 2 clash at Pairc Tailteann

Caolan Mooney says Down will not be understating Antrim's threat when the two sides clash in Newry this Saturday evening (throw-in 7pm).

The Mourne men, who upset Monaghan last year to reach their first Ulster final in five years, welcome the Saffrons as strong favourites (1/6) this weekend and Mooney says they won't be taking Ulster's outsiders lightly.

"You can't underestimate anyone in Ulster," the Rostervor man is quoted saying by The Irish News.

"In the first half against Donegal last year Antrim had a couple of goal chances and didn't take them.

"Everyone is saying we're going into the game as favourites but we have to keep doing what we're doing, keep chipping away, and hopefully the final product will come through."
