Less than 24 hours after he helped Bohemians to a dramatic 2-1 victory over Shamrock Rovers in the League of Ireland, Shane Supple finished on the losing side with St. Brigid's in the Dublin SFC this afternoon.

Darragh Leahy scored a 99th minute winner for Bohs at the Tallaght Stadium last night, with Supple making a couple of important saves at the other end. However, the busy goalkeeper was beaten twice by Dean Rock and Conor Kavanagh at Parnell Park today as St. Brigid's slipped to a 1-10 to 2-13 defeat to northside rivals Ballymun Kickhams.

The 30-year-old has been juggling both codes since returning from a spell with  Ipswich Town in 2009 and was Stephen Cluxton's understudy on the Dublin football panel for a couple of seasons.
