Gary Walsh has extended his lead as the Allianz Football League's top scorer after shooting the lights out for Laois in London.

The full-forward was on target with eleven points as the O'Moore County maintained their 100% record in Division 4 against the Exiles. With 3-38 to his name and two rounds to go, Walsh is eleven clear of Tipperary's Conor Sweeney on 2-30.

Paul Broderick (Carlow) and John Heslin (Westmeath) have jumped ahead of Donegal's Paddy McBrearty and Keith Beirne of Leitrim while the latter two weren't in action over the weekend.

Meanwhile, it's no surprise to see a Tipperary man (Michael Quinlivan) at the top of the goalscoring charts considering they've raised more green flags than any other team in the 2018 campaign so far.
