One of the busiest days on the GAA calendar descended on us this afternoon.
There was action from all four divisions in the Allianz National Football League as well as the remaining matches in the Allianz NHL.
The scene was set for some outstanding action in both codes as in football some counties looked to maintain their winning start, while others sought their first win of the campaign.
In hurling, all counties were looking to join Cork, Tipperary and Warwickshire in making a winning start to their campaigns.
