Club Dinner Dance

We are holding our Dinner dance on Friday the 3rd of February 2017 in the Landmark Hotel, Carrick On Shannon. What a brilliant night it promises to be as we celebrate our Intermediate Championship winning team of 2016. The team will receive their medals on the night and we will be joined by our special guest, president of the GAA Aogan O Fearghail. We are asking everyone in the parish to make a special effort and attend this years Dinner Dance. It will be a great night with music by Late Night Radio. Tickets cost just €30 with the meal getting underway at 8pm. Tickets will go on sale this Monday the 23rd of January from the usual sellers. Minor Board AGM

Our Minor Board Annual meeting took place on Saturday evening last in the clubrooms. The Committee for 2017 is Chairperson : Trevor Hunt, Secretary : Damien Devaney, Treasurer : Shane McElhone. Gary Vesey was thanked for his service to the club as he has now stepped down as treasurer. Membership for 2017 was set at €15. All coaches from 2016 were thanked at the meeting. 

 

50/50 

The 50/50 draw is back and envelopes are now on sale throughout the parish from the usual sellers. Trevor Hunts team are on selling duty. The draw will take place this Sunday night the 29th of January in Earlys Hillstreet getting underway at 10pm. We will have our usual jackpot and 4 winners of €25. We also have a sellers prize with all the sellers of the jackpot winners during 2017 been entered into a draw at Christmas. 

 

Other News

Our King & Moffat senior team will play their first O Rourke cup match on Sunday the 19th of February against Padraig Pearses in Woodmount. We have now got our Kilmore GAA Club shop up and running on the O Neills website. Anyone can order Kilmore items by logging onto the O Neills website and purchase any Kilmore Item.
