Nicky Rackard/Lory Meagher round-up
May 18, 2013

Roscommon have begun the search for a new hurling manager.
Monaghan and Roscommon were the winners of today's Nicky Rackard Cup quarter-finals.
Tadgh Campbell netted a hat-trick of goals while Sean Leonard and Conor McKenna got one each as Monaghan enjoyed a 5-12 to 2-7 win over Sligo at Inniskeen.
Roscommon bounced back from last weekend's loss to Donegal with a 2-14 to 0-13 win over Louth. Originally fixed for Athleague, the game was moved to the Connacht GAA centre because of an unplayable pitch.
A second half goal from the penalty spot by Gerry Fallon opened up a seven point lead for Roscommon.
Meanwhile, in the Lory Meagher Cup Longford will meet Warwickshire in the final on Saturday, June 8th following the Midlanders 6-13 to 1-10 win over Fermanagh in Glennon BroS, Pearse Park.
Kevin Connolly (3), Joe O'Brien, Ciaran Finucane and Michael Farrell netted the home sides goals.
Shea Curran was the scorer of the Fermanagh goal but it was Longford who sauntered to a 18 point victory.
