Egan, Tom
September 27, 2011
The club was saddened by the death of founding club member Tom Egan during the week.
A proud Croan's man down through the years, Tom Egan represented the club on the field of play, as a manager and as a club official. He won an All-Ireland minor medal with Roscommon in 1941 and captured Croan's first championship titles. The club would like to extend its deepest sympathy to Brendan and Elaine Egan and their extended family on Tom's passing. He will be sorely missed. Ar dheis De go raibh a anam dilis.
