Fuerty of Roscommon and Galway’s Clonbur have provincial final outings to look forward to next weekend.

Fuerty set up a Connacht Club IFC final date with An Spideal on Sunday thanks to a comprehensive 2-12 to 0-6 penultimate stage victory over Shamrock Gaels (Sligo) at Connolly Park today.

First-half goals from Eamonn Bannon and Oisin Lyons laid the foundations for a 2-8 to 0-1 interval advantage and they finished with 12 points to spare.

Clonbur, meanwhile, will entertain Sligo representatives Easkey in the junior football final next Saturday after they edged out Kilglass Gaels of Roscommon by 1-12 to 0-12 at Tuam Stadium.
