St Brigid’s defence of their Roscommon SFC crown remains on course after they edged out Strokestown by three points in yesterday’s semi-final.

Frankie Dolan’s charges registered a 0-10 to 0-7 to advance to their third final in-a-row.

Garvan Dolan converted four frees for the Kiltoom outfit who await the winners of today’s semi-final between Clann na nGael and Roscommon Gaels in the decider.

Throw-in at Dr Hyde Park is timed for 4.30pm.
