O Gara Cup
Our King & Moffat sponsored O Gara cup team drew with Oran on Saturday last in Kilmore on a score line of 0-10 to 1-7. We led for most of the game but a strong Second half performance by Oran saw them secure a point. Kilmore team was Alan Glancy, Mark Connellan, Jack Sharkey, Charlie Burke, Kevin Caslin, Colm Garvey, Gary Connellan, Paul McElhone, Joe Garvey, Dermot Foley, Dara Feeley (0-1), Brian Connellan Ray Caslin (0-4), Derek Connellan (0-3), John Gannon (0-2). Subs used Fiachara Doyle, Oisin Boland, Cathal Carney, Liam Caslin. The club thanks everyone who helped out in anyway in the hosting of this game on Saturday last. Our next league game is against Shannon Gaels in Ballyfarnon on the 19th of May. The intermediate championship begins this weekend and all roads lead to Boyle as we face Tulsk at 6.45pm on Saturday evening. We wish the team and management the best of luck and we encourage as much support as possible to come out on Saturday evening.
Underage
Our Div 4 U-14 team of Kilmore/Shannon Gaels/St Ronans defeated St Bridgets on sunday last. Our U-16 team was defeated by Padraig Pearses and St Bridgets but we then defeated St Aidans. On this saturday our U-12 team begin their spring league campaign when we take on Castlerea in Castlerea at 12pm. On Sunday our U-16 team play their final league game against Boyle in Boyle at 11am. Our foundation level coaching course takes place on this Tuesday and Wednesday and our Child safety course takes place on Thursday evening. Ladies Football
The junior ladies team were defeated by Castlerea in the league at the weekend. They have qualified for the semi final and will play this match in 2 weeks. The U-16 girls play Clann na ngael this weekend in the championship. On Friday night last our U-12 and U-16 team of 2016 and 2017 were presented with their medals at a special event in Brackens Hillstreet. Thanks to our special guest Brian Carroll who presented the medals. Thanks to everyone who came out and supported the event. 2018 Fundraising
The club are delighted to have new fundraising packages available for 2018. A Gold package of €320 for non players or €300 for players is available. This consists of club membership for 2018, an exclusive Kilmore GAA jacket, a Kilmore GAA bobble hat, a Kilmore car sticker, 3 entries into each 50/50 draw for 12 months and 3 entries into the Kilmore GAA annual draw with top prizes of €1,000. A Silver package also also available costing €180 for players or €160 for non players. In the silver package each person will receive 3 entries into each 50/50 draw for the next 12 months, Club membership for 2018, Kilmore GAA Bobble hat and car sticker. On each of these packages people will have the option to pay by standing order. A yearly 50/50 ticket costing €120 is also available. This package will give the person 3 entries into each 50/50 draw and there will also be a separate draw for €25 for each person who has purchased a yearly ticket. Anyone interested in purchasing a package is asked to contact Brian Carroll on 0872420896 as we hope to send in our order for jackets this week. All packages must be confirmed before this Wednesday the 11th of April as the jackets will be ordered that day.

Well done to Johnny Maher, manager of the Elphin senior team who won our 50/50 jackpot of €408 on Sunday night last. Our €25 winners were 1donal Keane, Martin Skelly, Declan O Brien and Bridie Gannon. Thanks to Gerry tiernan and his team of sellers. Next on selling duty is Brian Carrolls team. Our next draw will take place on Sunday the 22nd of April 2018. The new prize structure will be the jackpot plus 4 prizes of €25. One of these €25 will be confined to the yearly 50/50 tickets. The club wishes Clare Connellan a very happy birthday as she takes one step closer to the big 40. The club also congratulates Damien Tiernan and Emma Dempsey who got married recently. The club reminds all our managers and coaches that the main pitch at the club grounds is closed for all training and matches until further notice.
