Duo named as Offaly under 20 management team

Times are changing for Offaly hurling
Hot on the heels of the news that Michael Fennelly will manage the Offaly senior hurlers in 2020, the Faithful County have announced their under-20 hurling management team.
The appointment of the former Kilkenny All-Ireland winner has grabbed national headlines during the week, but almost slipping under the radar is the reappointment of Gary Cahill and Shane Hand as joint under-20 managers.
Whether or not Cahill and Hand will be part of the senior management team remains to be seen as Fennelly has yet to announce his backroom team.
Regardless, they will work closely with Fennelly throughout the year as the Faithful County looks to restore the glory years.
