The numbers drawn on Monday September 10th last were 1, 10, 14 & 29.  There were NO JACKPOT WINNERS. The ONE MATCH 3 WINNER was Eileen McEvoy  (c/o Ryans Pharmacy). Next weeks jackpot increases to €6,600. Many  thanks to all of our ticket sellers and buyers and to those who continue  to play online.

Intermediate Championship

Daingean defeated Clonbullogue last Friday evening in the Intermediate championship on a scoreline of 0-15 to 0-6.
Within the first 5 minutes Daingean led by 3 points to no score and were dominate in most areas of the field. In particular Daingean put a lot of pressure on Clonbullogue’s kickouts and battled hard for any ball that landed between the two 45’s, it was from this platform that Daingean created most of their scoring opportunities. At half time the score was 0-9 to 0-4 points.

The second half followed in the same vein with Daingean dominant around midfield and Clonbullogue restricted to very few scoring opportunities and by the 15th minute, Daingean lead by 13 pts to 5.

This was a good win for Daingean and the team can now focus on a semi-final against St Brigid’s in the coming weeks

Daingean GAA FootGolf Classic

Daingean GAA Footgolf Classic takes place in Highfield Golf and Country Club on Saturday 20th October. 

This is open to all ages groups and a team of 4 costs €60.

Bring your own ball or rent one for €2.50.
