February 13, 2018

Ballycumber GAA Club.

Football.

In a change to last week's announcement, Ballycumber will start this year's Division 2 League campaign with a home game against Bracknagh on Saturday at 3.30pm. All support would be welcome.

History.

Ballycumber GAA History Group wish to thank the many people who have provided information about some of the 72 men from this area who fought in World War 1. There are still a number of men of whom we have no information. If there is a medal or a newspaper cutting in a drawer please let us photograph it. Any small piece of detail would help us continue our research.

Lotto.

The numbers drawn this week's were 1,10,11,26. No jackpot winner, two match three winners. Next week's draw will be held in Flynn's of Grogan on Monday night at 10 o'clock for a jackpot of 6400 euros.

Play lotto on line at https://www.locallotto.ie/localhome.asp?LL_ID=415 until 8pm on Monday or buy tickets from local shops, pubs and from usual lotto sellers.

Walking Track.

The walking track around the pitch is for use of members of Ballycumber GAA Club only.

Membership fees for this year will shortly be collected and all members and new members are asked to pay their membership fee before 31st March.

To comply with Insurance regulations, the main gate to the grounds must be closed at all times, except when the grounds are in use for training or matches.

If you open the gate, make sure it is closed when you are finished.
