We have now been relegated two years in a row. Management have to be assessed on the results of the team. There is no hiding place. The present management team are suffering from " delusions of adequacy" . Do I have to state the obvious. Co Board please take note !

County Board have a lot to answer for. Why appoint E McEneaney in first place? Its not like he did a lot with Louth and he certainly was not a step up from Banty. Has he even won a senior championship match as a manager?? Not only that...what the hell is going on with the hurlers??? If a player pulls on the Monaghan jersey he or she should fell like their county board is with them all the way...Heads should roll!!

True but kinda defeats the argument we got rid of a good manager truth is we have been on wane since 09 and are not good enough for first two divisions.

four years ago Monaghan were in a position to move forward, go fourth and win a bit of silverware. it dident happen. alarm bells shouldve rang then. this auld crack of using auld tricks to try an get the upper hand on teams like Tyrone just dont work. the only way your going to win is to go out with a game plan to match theirs, stick with it and beat them on the field and not with silly stuff off the field. We need agood manager, a coach and leaders on the field. plain an simple.
