Every successful team needs a reliable free taker and Dublin have one of the best in the business in Dean Rock.

The Ballymun Kickhams man's deadly accurate placed balls have been vital for the All-Ireland champions and ultimately proved the difference on many occasions during their march to an historic five-in-a-row of Sam Maguire Cups. The 2017 All-Ireland final is just one that comes to mind.

For any budding free takers out there, Rock has revealed he is launching his own free taking project "aimed at nurturing current and aspiring free takers" through workshops, weekend academies, small group sessions and private sessions.
