Corduff Gaels Lotto:

The weekly Lotto draw took place last Sunday 16th February in McArdle’s with a  jackpot worth  €8,400. There was no winner of the jackpot and the numbers drawn were 18,19,21,and 28.

Congratulations to the 5 Lucky Dip winners Eadaoin McEnaney, Jauden Cusack,Lily Murphy,Gerard Keenan and Peter McGarrell. This week’s draw takes place in Traynor’s on Sunday 23rd  February  with a  jackpot of €8,500. The Lotto will be on sale in usual outlets so your continued support would be appreciated.

The OsKaRs Launch:

It’s getting exciting now as all will be revealed tomorrow night Friday 21st February at The OsKaRs Launch Night in Corduff Raferagh Community Centre when the Kevin Rowe Production Team will announce the films and actors in each film. This promises to be an entertaining night. Actors are requested to be there by 7:30pm.

Bring the whole family along for the big reveal. Refreshments will be served. See you there!

OsKaRs Fundraisers:

All proceeds from the OsKaRs will go directly towards the further expansion of Corduff Gaels wonderful facilities with new changing rooms etc adjacent to the training pitch for the juveniles and ladies in the club. Last weekend we had Jacqui’e Bonus Ball with Peter McGarrell and Louise McGiveny the lucky winners. Also last Saturday night was the hugely successful Race Night organised by Yvonne , Philomena, Michael and Nigel.  Jacqui and the organisers of the Race Night would like to extend a massive thank you to everyone who supported them in any way.

Other fundraisers over the next few weeks include Come Dine With Me,  A Junior Talent Show,  Leprechaun 5k Run/Walk,  Poker Night, The OsKaRs Full Package Raffle, Eva’s Big Quiz Night,The Great Corduff Bake Off, Monaghan Jersey Raffle, A Portrait Competition, Predict The Score, a Monaghan signed football, Sheep Raffle , signed Football Raffle , A Whist Drive, Make Up for 3, Luxury Hamper Raffle etc and many other fundraisers are in the pipeline. We’re only a week away from the start of the man’s and ladies fixtures calendar. 

Senior Men: Platinum Tanks Reserve League 2B

Round 1: 29th February : Aghabog V Corduff at 4pm

Roubd 2: 8th March : Corduff V Doohamlet at 4pm

Round 3: 21st March : Corduff V Oram at 5pm

Senior Ladies:

Senior League action throws in on Sunday week 1st March when Corduff welcome Emyvale for the first round of the Senior League. Throw in at 12pm in Emyvale. Round 2 is Saturday 14th March when Corduff welcome neighbours Carrickmacross at 4 pm .We wish the senior ladies good luck for the 2020 season.

Feile Blitz: Sunday 8th March is the date for the U14 Feile Blitz with the winners representing Monaghan at Feile 2020.

U10 Blitz: The first U10 Activity Blitz of the season is on Saturday 14th March so there’s lots to look forward to already!

Allianz Leagues:Following a break from Allianz League action last weekend it returns with a bang this Sunday 23rd February with a home fixture in Clones as we welcome Mayo in R4. This promises to be another big match for The Farney Army so the advice is as before, purchase your tickets in advance to get the special discount and more importantly avoid the queues. Best wishes to Seamus,Keith, Pádraic and the entire backroom team and panel.Tickets can be purchased online or in Centra and  O’Gorman’s Super Valu  until midnight on Saturday 22n February.
