Monaghan v Galway: Inniskeen: Sunday February 10th @ 2.00pm.

Monaghan have little time to recover from their exertions in Dr Hyde Park, or indeed their disappointment following the outcome of their encounter with Roscommon last Sunday as they face Galway in Inniskeen this Sunday in what is already a vital game for both counties.

Like Monaghan Galway won their round 1 opener against Cavan on the same weekend that Monaghan took the scalps of the Metropolitans, but with both counties losing their round 2 games last weekend, their meeting assumes an even greater importance as each seeks to get back to winning ways, two defeats on the bounce would certainly put either of them in a more difficult position.

Galway will come to Inniskeen on Sunday in something of the mood of the wounded animal as they will seek to recover from a very disappointing performance and result
against Dublin, while Monaghan will look to bounce back after allowing a game that they had every chance of winning slip from their grasp in Dr Hyde Park last weekend.
