Membership: Membership is now due for the new year. Anyone using any of the facilities around the GAA grounds i.e. Walking Track, Facilities in the Handball & Squash Alleys, and anyone who participates in any activities in the hall must be members of the club. Membership rates are as follows Single Membership €30, Membership for 2 people in 1 Family €55. Membership for Adult player is €50. Membership can be paid to Club Treasurers Debbie Mc Ardle or Rosemary Johnston.

Mass: There is Mass for the deceased members of the Huntsmen club on Friday the 14th December at 7.30pm in Sacred Heart Church Lough Egish followed by refreshments in the Social Centre.

 

Best Wishes: Best wishes is extended to Eamon Mc Ardle Tullynahinera a speedy recovery after a recent operation he had recently.

 

Congrats: Congrats is extended to Seamus & Ayunda Deery on the birth of a baby girl recently.

 

Well Done: Well Done is extended to Sean Duffy Lurgangreen who has been selected as the Aughnamullen's Clubs Volunteer Recognition Award for 2018. This is a award which is well deserved as Sean is always on hand when called upon from acting as juvenile coach over a number of years to assisting at the Lotto on a Sunday night. He is always on hand to stand in as umpire when called upon so well done Sean. This award ceremony takes place next Wednesday night the 12th of December in the Four Seasons Hotel Monaghan commencing at 7.30pm. We would like to encourage as many members as possible to attend.

 

Congrats: Congrats is extended to Michael Kerr Kilkitt & Patrice Gallogly Co Armagh on the occasion of their marriage last weekend.

Santa Coming: Santa is coming to Aughnamullen Social Centre on Sunday 16th December arriving at 3pm.

 

Castleblayney College: Castleblayney College present an evening of Carols on Sunday 16th December starting at 4pm. Please support this event.

 

10k Fun Run: The 14th 10k fun run takes place on St Stephen's Day the 26th of December. Proceeds from this day are in aid of St Mary's Hospital Castleblayney. The run starts at 10.30am. Please support this event.

 

GAA Season Ticket: The GAA Season 2019 is currently on sale. If you wish to pay €200 for club + ticket it entitles you to free entry to all Monaghan's National League games, first round of the Ulster Championship, discounted price to all other championship games Monaghan play in, free entry to All Ireland Senior club finals on St Patricks Day and free entry to all Monaghan Club Championship games in 2019 and a guaranteed All Ireland ticket should Monaghan qualify for the All Ireland Final. Presentation:The presentation of medals to the 2018 Ulster Double Winning  Minor (U17) Champions  will take place next Friday night the 7th of December in the Four Seasons, Monaghan.   Dinner will be served at 8pm sharp. Entry is by ticket only and these can be purchased from The Westenra Hotel, Monaghan and The Fiddlers, Carrickmacross. With Joel Wilson a member of this successful team it is encouraged as many members as possible attend this event.
